    Roles and Responsibilities

     

    General responsibilities include overseeing general office operations, finances, donor management, and human resources. Below are some specific responsibilities of this position.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee internal operations
    • Maintain internal records
    • Implement internal and external communications
    • Schedule internal and external activities
    • Staff new team members
    • Train new team members
    • Manage interns and volunteers
    • Apply professional development

    Paid: Hourly

    Time: 20 hours per week

    Monday through Friday

    During normal business hours

    Pay: Depending on experience

     

  • Program Manager:

    Position Description

     

    Furthers WE International’s mission by supporting development programs through organizing, reporting, supervising, motivating, implementing and evaluating program systems.

    • Ability to connect big picture-oriented and detail-oriented team members

    • Bachelor’s Degree,
    • 1 Year professional experience
    • Google, Word, Excel, Adobe
    • Experience with QuickBooks (optional)
    • International travel experience
    • Experience in a developing country
    • Comfortable and confident communicating with international colleagues

    General responsibilities include overseeing program operations including our micro-finance program, animal sponsorship program, student sponsorship program, anti-human trafficking program, advocacy trips program, and product-selling program. Below are some specific responsibilities of this position.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee program operations
    • Collaborate with staff in various countries
    • Maintain vision, set goals, delegate projects, assign tasks
    • Create team timelines
    • Set budgets, develop financial reports
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies
    • Train new team members
    • Manage interns and volunteers
    • Evaluate program success
    • Implement innovative strategies

     

    Schedule and Pay

     

    Paid: Hourly

    Time: 30 hours per week

    Monday through Friday

    During normal business hours

    Pay: Depending on experience
